An Open Letter from the Principals of Frank Capital

Dear Stakeholders of Frank Capital,

We’re writing today to ensure you that Frank Capital Partners is working diligently to provide the highest standards of service and professional competence as it works to address the concerns of the Alberta Securities Commission.

Above all, we want to ensure our loyal clients that their investments will not be affected in any way by the 15-day suspension that the Commission announced on Friday, February 24, 2012. The issuers of these securities will continue to run their businesses in the best interest of their shareholders, which is the main determinant in reaping the rewards of these investments.

Frank Capital is cooperating fully with the Commission to ensure that all its concerns are addressed and any contraventions are corrected. The firm is confident that it will remedy the Commission’s concerns quickly and effectively, and that we will return to our full suite of business offerings once the Commission is satisfied.

Frank Capital has been involved with the Commission in a Standard Operational Audit over the last two weeks. The Securities Commission is currently involved in the same process with Exempt Market Dealers across Alberta.

We deeply appreciate the loyalty our customers and staff have shown us at this time. We want them to rest assured that we are doing everything in our power to return to the high level of service that have come to expect from Frank Capital.
